When you are choosing a real estate firm, it’s nice to know the person behind the business. I’m Sara Justice, the Broker/Owner of Justice Real Estate Partners. It is my pleasure to offer exceptional client service and deliver outstanding results because I absolutely love what I do.

Sara Justice, licensed NC & SC Realtor ®

  • We couldn't have been happier with Sara as our Buyer's Agent! There were many areas in which we significantly benefitted by having her as an advocate and advisor. Perhaps the most valuable trait that Sara has as a realtor is that on top of all her knowledge, expertise, creativity, and work ethic...she CARES. She genuinely wants her clients to be ensconced in homes that fit their unique needs, bring them continuous joy, and do not put undue strain and stress on their bank accounts. She treats her clients like the people that they are and not just a job to be done. I truly believe she leaves a little bit of her heart in each of our homes.

My Journey To Real Estate

My educational background is in business. Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, I graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Accounting. After college, I moved to Charlotte for a career opportunity and the chance to live in what I hoped would be the perfect city for me. I began my accounting career in the audit field with Deloitte & Touche. I became a CPA at this time. I later worked in private industry for several publicly-traded companies. My niche was writing quarterly and annual filings and working on earnings press releases for these companies. While I didn’t really love the work, I did take this time to really hone my skill of professional writing. I’ve always loved to talk and I communicate well with others. This career taught me how to write effectively and clearly for business and was invaluable experience.

the next chapter

Upon realizing that accounting wasn’t fulfilling to me personally, I began to explore a career in real estate. I became licensed in North Carolina in 2006 and quickly learned that there is no such thing as being part-time in real estate. This is a fast-paced, fun, time-consuming, full-time career and so I made the move without ever looking back. Coming from a business background has helped me understand the financial impact of a real estate deal. I recognize that my clients are often making the biggest financial decision of their lives and I’m thankful I can understand the numbers side of buying or selling a home. My accounting career was the perfect first chapter in what would ultimately become the story of my career.

I worked as a realtor in the Lake Norman area from 2006-2010. In 2010, I put my career on a quick pause to stay home with my children. When life afforded me the time freedom to jump back in head first and serve my clients full-time, I rejoined the real estate world in 2016 and have been busy and happy ever since! I now call Waxhaw home and have loved establishing myself and my roots on the South side of our great city. I specialize in the areas surrounding Waxhaw because that is where I live, work and play. I constantly study the market in Waxhaw, Weddington, Wesley Chapel and Marvin. I can talk to you about neighborhoods, point you to resources on schools, tell you where to grab dinner and about all the local fun family outings. I’m passionate about this area and truly love helping other people call it home too. I am often crossing the border to South Carolina (which is literally a couple miles down the road). Real estate is hopping in Indian Land and Fort Mill and I love selling in that area. I spend lots of my free time on Lake Wylie and enjoy the lakefront real estate market as well. I still enjoy doing business with friends in Lake Norman after calling Huntersville home for many years. After living in the Charlotte area for over twenty years, I have the area knowledge and the experience to help you navigate this city and all of its great suburbs. I’m a little partial to Waxhaw, but love helping my clients find their home sweet home, wherever that may be.
